Candidate submissions

You confirm that the information you submit, including your name, contact details and CV, is accurate, current and yours to share. Submitting false, misleading or third party information without consent may result in removal of your record.

Uploading a CV does not create an application for a specific role, an obligation on TrustIQ to represent you, or a guarantee of contact.

Client engagements

A consultation request is an enquiry, not a contract. Recruitment services, fees, guarantees and replacement terms are governed solely by a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including copy, design, imagery and the TrustIQ name and assessment methodology, is owned by TrustIQ or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

No warranty and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

Governing law
