Who we are
TrustIQ is an AI powered technology recruitment and workforce solutions firm headquartered in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We act as a data controller for candidate and client information we collect through this website.
Information we collect
Candidate information: your name, email address, phone number and the CV or supporting document you choose to upload, together with any details contained within it.
Client information: your name, work email, company, role and the hiring brief you submit when requesting a consultation.
Technical information: basic, non identifying analytics such as pages viewed, used only to improve the site.
How we use your information
To assess your suitability for current and future mandates, and to contact you about relevant opportunities.
To respond to consultation requests and prepare search, assessment and market intelligence work for clients.
To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations in the jurisdictions where we operate.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your CV with a client without your prior consent for that specific role.
Where your data is stored
Uploaded CVs are stored in a private, access controlled cloud storage bucket. They are not publicly accessible and cannot be listed or downloaded from the website. Submitted details are stored in our secured database, and only authorised TrustIQ consultants can retrieve them.
How long we keep it
Candidate records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted unless you ask us to keep them on file for longer. Client briefs are retained for the duration of the engagement plus any statutory retention period.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for us to hold your CV, at any time. Email Info@trustiquae.com or careers@trustiquae.com and we will action verified requests within 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted transport, private storage, role restricted access and least privilege database policies. No system is perfect, so if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
